I had my first accident about 3 months ago. I found this clinic on google. It was close to my job and they stay open late. I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Schlein and his staff walked me through every step of treatment and finding a lawyer. I was unhappy with my bill amount but Dr. Schlein reduced the charges so I could get more. I have nothing bad to say and i would refer anyone to visit that office.

I used the services of Dr. Schlein and his staff at the Whiplash Injury Clinic for injuries I received in two different car accidents. In each experience they were professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Schlein and his staff got me well and the documentation they provided my lawyer got me big settlements. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dr. Sclien refused to give me a copy of my bill with him. He suggested that I come into his office a review the bill on his computer. Dr. Schlein also refused to have copies of my medical records released. A HIPPA form that was signed and dated by me was sent to him in July 2016. To date I have yet to receive the documents. Per Ga. Law he must comply within 30 days of request. Dr. Schlein is not complying because I chose not to use his attorney for my accident and is therefore withholding my medical records and Bill until I sign very generic direction of pay. I did not sign the direction to pay because he has not provided me with a bill, therefore I can't direct hom to be paid if I don't know what I am being charged for. This practice also violates Ga. Codes. Be informed and know your rights.

Great experience with the office and physicians. After an accident a person is left in a daze, confused and in pain. This is the place for medical and legal referral intervention. The fact that they care .....means a lot! Effective physical therapy. They even do xrays in the office! Conveniently located in Dekalb County near pharmacy, restaurants, shopping, including South Dekalb Mall. Marta #15 stops right in front of the office. The office personnel are friendly and professional! There are several locations, I like this one! There are late appointment and walk in times available. The attorneys that are on the referral list here, are outstanding!
