Get yourself in to see Dr. Alex! He will go beyond focusing solely on direct chiropractic adjustments (which are certainly included...they just won't be the only part of your treatments) by getting to the root causes of your movement-related pain points. Follow-up exercises will be tailored to your needs. He is great at communication, checking in often to make sure you are staying on the right track. Obviously, you get out what you put in, so you will have to keep up with your exercises between appointments. But Dr. Alex will keep encouraging you! As a middle-aged person who never made fitness a regular pursuit until well into my 40's, trying to get myself into shape now has presented a few challenges. BUT, having access to a knowledgeable professional to help me ensure proper movement and focus during workouts is invaluable to me. And, as a small personal care provider myself, I am grateful for (and greatly impressed by) his level of communication and outreach.

Do yourself a favor and invest in your long-term health with Dr. Alex! I've struggled with different injuries over the last 7 years and had always treated them with generic PT exercises, dry needling, and removing certain movements altogether. It was frustrating to have the same recurring injuries and no answers as to why. Dr. Alex asked thoughtful questions, listened to my concerns, and carefully evaluated my movement patterns to get to the source of my injuries. Dr. Alex was familiar with different high intensity training, weightlifting, Olympic lifting, etc. and instructed me through different movements to diagnose and correct patterns contributing to my recurring pain. He was very patient and prescribed exercises tailored to my specific needs that I could translate to my regular exercise routine. Dr. Alex also checks in regularly and delivers personal, custom care that is unmatched by other healthcare providers- including traditional chiropractors and PT. With his help, my pain has gotten exponentially better and I’m excited to keep working with Dr. Alex to continue to rebuild my strength and move pain-free!
