Megan Bishop5 StarI came to Sammy after a bad back injury, and my experience was amazing! She not only treated my injury but we worked on breath work, core engagement, healing my TMJ issues, and more to help prevent future injuries. 3 months post my injury I feel better than ever :) She's also an incredible person who creates such an open and inviting space. I love her holistic approach to healing. Would highly recommend!Wednesday 11th September 2024
Katelyn Ortego5 StarYall, Dr. Sammy is EVERYTHING! I am a strong critic, but time and time again Dr. Sammy has proven to be more than worth every penny invested. You will feel heard, seen, and tended to with the utmost care. I am deeply grateful for how she does not silo our systems in our bodies, but understands how they all flow and impact each other. I am also grateful for how she wants her clients to feel equipped to not be dependent solely on her, but to know how to make changes in their own life to support their optimal wellness. Every session I leave feeling empowered, giddy, and equipped in my healing journey. Dr. Sammy is committed to giving your her best, never cutting corners, and ensuring that you will HEAL. Truly just feel so lucky to be in her care.Tuesday 23rd July 2024

Where do I begin? Dr. Sammy is an absolute game-changer. For years, I battled with chronic knee pain, a constant hurdle in my pursuit of an active lifestyle.
Dr. Sammy doesn't just treat symptoms; she crafts personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual. Her approach is holistic, encompassing adjustments, targeted muscle work, and empowering exercises designed to support the body's natural healing process.
After just a few sessions with Dr. Sammy, I have been able to complete intense workouts without a hint of knee pain and gained knowledge about proper form and self-correction techniques. It's as if she's equipped me with the tools to reclaim control over my body's well-being.
Having navigated through various orthopedics and physical therapists in the past, I can confidently say that Dr. Sammy stands head and shoulders above the rest. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care have made a profound and sustainable difference in my life.
If you're struggling with chronic issues or seeking to optimize your physical performance, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Sammy. Trust me; it's worth every single star and more.
She's also hilarious and like...the coolest person to be around, so I would honestly just pay to hang out even if she wasn't heling change my body hah!Tuesday 11th June 2024
Grace Hayden MacNaught5 StarDr. Sammy is truly holistic in her approach to healing, which I loved because it allowed me to consolidate areas of my life by working with her. During our time together she treated me using chiropractic therapy, deep tissue work, and movement tailored to my needs as a pregnant and eventually postpartum power lifter. Our sessions typically comprised of an adjustment, mobility work and then lifting (squats, deadlift, bench, overhead press, etc.). She cracked the code on my mobility issues that had been nagging me for years, which allowed me to finally attempt lifts that I never had the mobility to properly execute before. She also helped me prep for birth by incorporating core and pelvic floor work to facilitate a smooth delivery and recovery. She was a sounding board for me in terms of supplements and nutrition, full of practical wisdom. She’s also hilarious and just a good time to be around any chance you get. Highly, highly, highly recommend.Saturday 14th September 2024
jenev105 StarI have had lower back pain and pain in my right hip for close to 2 years. I went to an ortho and the X-rays showed I have severe disc space narrowing, a pars defect (small fracture), and anterolisthesis (a vertebra has moved forward in relation to the others). I started physical therapy two times a week and was prescribed an anti-inflammatory medication. After 6 weeks, I didn’t notice much of a difference. I began to accept that I would live with the pain.
A few weeks later, I met Sam at an event at my gym. I figured I would try a rehab chiropractor since PT didn't do much for me and the pain was affecting my workouts and day to day life. I wound up doing 12 weeks of work with Sam and it was the best decision. My back pain is non existent and my hip has improved dramatically. Besides adjusting my body, we would do exercises on the weight floor to make sure I was moving properly and maintaining proper form. We worked a lot on strengthening my core which was a huge help in keeping my back and pelvis aligned.
I can’t thank Sam enough for helping me with this injury. She also worked on other injuries I had from 15+ years ago that I didn’t realizing were affecting my body today. She is super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really cares about her clients. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family (and people reading this!).Tuesday 18th June 2024
