Several months ago, I was involved in a vehicle collision. While seemingly on the outside I was physically ‘fine’, it was clear my body was trying to inform me very much otherwise. I didn’t truly comprehend how much pain I was actually in until I had my first adjustment at Compass Family Chiropractic and started to feel how my body was SUPPOSED to feel. I could barely even turn my neck 30° to either side, and it felt almost impossible to get up after lying on my stomach for more than 2 minutes. Whenever I would drive my long commutes to work, the imbalance of my hips was causing major distress and discomfort. After even one adjustment, I could feel my body (and my mind) shift. Such seemingly small actions performed by Dr. Jenn and Dr. Anne Marie were causing major improvements. It opened my eyes to just how much our nervous system impacts our well being. 5 months later, I have increased neck mobility, far less lower back pain, less anxiety overall, and a great appreciation for chiropractic care. It wasn’t just the gentleness of the staff or the abundance of chiropractic knowledge that was shared, but also the incredibly detailed, healing treatment plan that truly transformed my journey. Compass Family Chiropractic is exactly that - a family - that steered me in the right direction of healing and wellness. I can’t thank them enough for changing my life. Note: it’s also a pretty big plus that I get to see my niece at every visit! Shoutout to my dearest Ayla, and Haley, who add to the overall amazing experiences at Compass Family.

I brought my 8 week old daughter here in hopes to address what I thought was normal infant gas pains and have been really happy with our experience. Not only have the gas pains severely lessoned, but her nighttime sleep has improved quickly and allows her to get 6-8 hour uninterrupted stretches every night. We are really pleased with Dr Jen and the staff - we’d recommend this practice to anyone!

Love CFC and everyone there!!! Ayla recommended me to come in knowing the pain and discomfort I was in. She was absolutely amazing & knowledgeable about my spine and helped understand before the Dr came in the room on my first visit. A month of going there and already feel progress. They really know what they are doing there. I recommend CFC to everyone!

I started going to Compass Family because of a referral and I have to say I’m very happy with my results. I was in a bad motorcycle accident and have been dealing with L3, L4, L5, sciatic nerve damage and also disk problems. I wasn’t able to sit long or do normal activities and since going to Compass Family who’s staff is super nice and wonderful doctors we came up with a plan and I can say now I’m back in the gym and also I can put on my pants and shoes again without pain. I have been going for a little over a month and I love the results I would recommend to stop in for a consolation to be able to get back to normal and enjoying life again.

These women…what can I say about these beautiful beings I call my chiropractors and friends? Not only does the ambience give a soothing and pleasant feeling every day I have an appointment, but they way Dr. Jen, Dr. Anne, and even the receptionists Haley and Ayla, articulate exudes peace and tranquility. Their service of realigning my spine is top tier as well. It goes a long way and really impacts my livelihood if I have a great morning awaking and knowing I have an appointment at Compass Family Chiropractic that day.
