This review is WAY OVER DUE : Needed to get my DOT Physical done back in May, before it expired in June….Staff was sitting with front door open, with all of them nearest the opening due to A/C being broken!!! It was in the mid 80’s that day! Even though it was unbearable inside, the staff were polite and e apologetic for my inconvenience, but I would need to return when the A/C was fixed. Fast forward the following month: the A/C was fairly decent but still left the interior of the office very hot! Thankfully, a technician was there to replace the part. The entire visit, the staff members were just as professional and pleasure to work with as they were a month prior!! A special shout-out to, TYRA M. and Dr Franklin, who we’re both outstanding!! I told them I would leave an excellent Review, because I know the only time patients leave them, is when, although they are the one’s being subjected to unnecessary verbal attacks or “ignant” attitudes from patients, they will receive low reviews! THIS LOCATION NEEDS to be rewarded by the site Owner for the extreme heat conditions they endured, for at least the month I witnessed them deal with a defective A/C Blower, let alone bad customers, etc !!! ** Thank you, Chiro Time-Morrow!! **

Excellent customer service all the way around. Starting from the front desk staff, the price, and most importantly Dr. Poole. His bedside manner is incomparable! If you need affordable DOT Physical and chiropractic services check them out. You won't regret it. For me they are the best in town!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was quick and very efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The cost is the best I have seen in metropolitan Atlanta, only $55. I highly recommend this business. Thank you, Express DOT Physicals.

Dr. Bledsoe is amazing. He took care of me and my daughter. He was very attentive to our needs. Service was always great and fast. The entire Morrow staff is great and friendly. Front desk CA, Alissea always went above and beyond to make sure I made it to my appointments. J-Amber the Therapy CA is so nice and helpful as well. She is so respectable. No matter how many times I have been there she always tell me what she is going to do before she does it. Amazing staff. Will be back to see you all soon.
